In
April 1985, Bartush- Schnitzius was acquired by the holding company
Suoro, Inc. Suoro brought aggressive new marketing techniques
as well as dynamic management to the rich tradition of Bartush
Schnitzius. Among the changes implemented by Suoro, the most important
is strict adherence to the old world philosophy that the consumer
is King. Quality with Superior Packing at Normal Prices, is what
the consumer wants. Schnitzius products have all the above. In
September of the same year, Bartush-Schnitzius acquired the Dallas
firm Ridlen Manufacturing Company, a vinegar bottling operation.
